REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY
If for some reason your package or lost or stolen it is out of our hands to replace the item since the products we make are pre-order only and a refund will not be available in this instance. All claims with the shipping company will be sent out and shipping fees will be able to be recovered if a claim is accepted.
What can I return ?
We’re sorry things didn’t work out! We will gladly refund for store credit or unworn and unwashed merchandise in its original condition within 5 days of your delivery when accompanied by the original eReceipt listing the price paid.
PRE-ORDERS CAN NOT BE REFUNDED BEFORE SHIP DATE! ITEM MUST BE EITHER DEFECTIVE OR SIZE ISSUES!
Please note: Clearance items* and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the merchandise was found to be defective or size issue.
**Clearance items in the sale section will show up as on SALE this also applies to discount codes
DELAYS ARE NOT GROUNDS FOR CASH REFUNDS .

Returning by mail:
1. Package the unworn, unwashed items, with original tags, securely in the original product packaging, whenever possible.

How will I be refunded?
Refunds will be issued with a unique code specific to your order for store credit and will not expire. Shipping charges and sales tax on shipping are not refundable.
